It provides anti-crack protection for EPS/XPS insulation boards, waterproofing and leak repair for masonry and concrete, and is ideal for underground seepage prevention projects.

It is available in two types — Waterproofing and Anti-cracking — in 25KG or 40KG bags.

It achieves a bond strength to EPS of ≥0.1 Mpa, maintained even after water immersion, with active ingredients that penetrate substrate pores to form a dense, crystalline waterproof layer — making it a reliable choice for EPS/XPS insulation board coating.

It achieves an impermeability pressure rating of ≥1.5 Mpa under JC/T 984-2011/JG/T 158-2013 testing, along with water absorption ≥4 and a low shrinkage rate of ≥0.15, making it well suited for underground seepage control and waterproofing repair.

Compressive strength is ≥24 Mpa and flexural strength is ≥8 Mpa, with a compressive-to-flexural ratio of ≥3.0 and bond strength to cement mortar of ≥0.7 Mpa (≥0.5 Mpa after water immersion), giving it strong, weather-resistant durability.

Clean the substrate thoroughly and inspect it for defects before mixing and applying the mortar.

Mix approximately 5.5–6kg water per 25kg bag, or 8.5–10kg water per 40kg bag, until smooth. Recommended layer thickness is 3–10mm.

It complies with JC/T 984-2011 and JG/T 158-2013 standards for waterproof and anti-crack mortars.

No — do not use below 0°C or in damp, unventilated areas, and do not mix it with other mortars. Pot life is 2 hours after mixing; do not re-mix hardened mortar with water. Store in a cool, dry place; shelf life is 12 months.
