CEMENT GROUTING MATERIAL

Cementitious Grout. This high-performance modified grout features organic and inorganic additives for early high strength, zero shrinkage, and exceptional durability.

Features

  • This product offers excellent workability with self-leveling properties and extended open time, resulting in a smooth, flat finish. It effectively overcomes common defects of traditional mortar, such as unevenness, cracking, peeling, and powdering.

Category:

Ideal for emergency repairs, bearing anchoring, and secondary grouting of heavy/precision equipment bases, anchor bolts, and steel-to-concrete joints. It is specifically optimized for high-speed rail, passenger lines, and highway bridge bearing grouting.

  • Ensure the substrate is clean and firm, free of oil, dust, and debris; bolts and nuts must be thoroughly cleaned.
  • Mix with water at a 1:0.12 – 0.14 ratio until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Stirring Time: Stir for 3-5 minutes for dry-pack/plastic consistency, or 7-9 minutes for flowable consistency to ensure a lump-free mix.

Meets the technical requirements of the JC/T 986-2018 “Cementitious Grout” standard.

It is a non-shrink, high-performance cementitious grout ideal for emergency repairs, bearing anchoring, and secondary grouting of heavy/precision equipment bases, anchor bolts, and steel-to-concrete joints — including high-speed rail and highway bridge bearings.

It combines organic and inorganic additives for zero shrinkage and excellent workability, with self-leveling properties and extended open time that produce a smooth, flat finish — overcoming common defects of traditional mortar such as unevenness, cracking, peeling, and powdering.

It is available in A50, A60, A70, and A85 grades, with 28-day compressive strength ranging from ≥50 MPa to ≥85 MPa.

It develops early high strength — as fast as 1 day, reaching ≥15 MPa (A50) up to ≥35 MPa (A85), and ≥30–60 MPa by day 3 depending on grade — making it well suited for emergency repairs and fast-turnaround projects.

Two flowability grades are available: Type II (initial flow ≥340mm, ≥310mm at 30 minutes) and Type III (initial flow ≥290mm, ≥260mm at 30 minutes), so you can match the mix to your pour depth and application method.

Mix at a ratio of approximately 1:0.12–0.14 (powder:water); the product meets the technical requirements of JC/T 986-2018 “Cementitious Grout.”

The substrate must be clean and firm, free of oil, dust, and debris; bolts and nuts must be thoroughly cleaned before the grout is poured.

Stir for 3–5 minutes for a dry-pack/plastic consistency, or 7–9 minutes for a flowable consistency, to ensure a lump-free mix.

Use within 30 minutes after mixing; never re-mix hardened grout with water or combine with other mortars. Shelf life is 6 months when stored sealed in a dry place.
