Light-Plastered Thin-Coat Mortar

Engineered with high adhesive strength, it bonds firmly to substrates to prevent long-term cracking or peeling. It also offers superior water resistance and structural strength, making it ideal for wet environments or areas subject to external impact, such as floors and wainscoting. The product is available in three strength grades: DP-M5, DP-M7.5, and DP-M10.

Category:

Designed for AAC blocks, lightweight bricks, and the entire AAC series. Surface Types: Ideal for plastering and leveling on high-absorption wall materials, lightweight partition walls, and internal dividers

  • Substrate Preparation: Clean the substrate of debris; ensure the surface is firm and free of dust, grease, or loose particles. Roughen shear wall surfaces (scarification); pressure wash to remove dust 24 hours before application.
  • Application Method: Apply in a single layer at a minimum thickness of 10 mm. Apply alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh at joints of different materials.
  • Finishing: Perform surface finishing promptly once water begins to recede (water absorption).
  • Curing: Begin water curing 24 hours after completion (recommended twice daily, morning and evening, for 3 days).

This product meets the technical requirements of the GB/T 25181-2019 “Ready-mixed Mortar” standard

It is engineered for AAC blocks, lightweight bricks, and the entire AAC series. It is ideal for plastering and leveling high-absorption wall materials, lightweight partition walls, and internal dividers, offering strong bonding and water resistance for wet or impact-prone areas such as floors and wainscoting.

It is available in three grades — DP-M5, DP-M7.5, and DP-M10 — and packaged in 40KG bags.

Clean the substrate of debris and make sure it is firm and free of dust, grease, or loose particles. Roughen shear wall surfaces, and pressure-wash to remove dust at least 24 hours before application.

Apply in a single layer at a minimum thickness of 10mm. At joints between different materials, reinforce with alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh.

Perform surface finishing as soon as the surface water begins to recede (i.e., once water absorption starts), rather than waiting until it fully dries.

Begin water curing 24 hours after completing the application. We recommend curing twice a day (morning and evening) for 3 consecutive days.

It is suitable for use in temperatures between 5°C and 40°C.

It contains alkaline components that may irritate the skin, so wear gloves and protect your eyes during handling. If a dry crust forms on the surface of the mix, remove it before use, and never add water to reuse mortar that has already hardened.

Protect bags from rain and direct sun during transport and keep the packaging intact. Store in a cool, dry place above 0°C. Shelf life is 12 months.

This product meets the technical requirements of GB/T 25181-2019 “Ready-mixed Mortar.” Compressive strength ranges across the M5, M7.5, and M10 grades; setting time is 3–12 hours; water retention is ≥99%; and 14-day tensile bond strength is ≥0.3MPa.
