4-in-1 Masonry Plastering Mortar
4-in-1 Multipurpose Mortar is a blend of high-quality cement, graded sand, water-retaining agents, inorganic fillers, redispersible polymer powder, silicone water repellent, and anti-cracking materials. It is available in five strength grades: DP-M5, DPM 7.5, DPM 10, DPM 15, and DPM 20.

Ideal for masonry with lightweight, ceramsite, hollow, and AAC blocks. Suitable for interior/exterior plastering, waterproofing, and anti-cracking, providing a solid base for paint, wallpaper, or tiles.
- Clean and firm substrate; pre-wet high-absorption blocks (e.g., AAC) but keep surface free of standing water.
- Mix powder with water (1:0.12 – 0.14); mechanical stir for 3 mins until smooth.
- Apply mortar to bonding surfaces; maintain 10-15mm joints and remove excess.
- Set control points for thickness; apply in layers (3-10mm total); use mesh for thick layers.
- After 1-3 hours, float and compact; polish if a smooth finish is required.
- No water needed indoors at normal temps; spray water in high heat or low humidity (<30%).
Product meets the technical requirements of the GB/T 25181-2019 standard for ‘Ready-mixed Mortar’.
NOTE
- Application Temp: 5°C – 35°C. Drying time varies with temperature and humidity.
- Pot Life: Use within 2 hours (@25°C). Do not re-mix dried mortar with water.
- Joint Thickness: Avoid excessively thin joints to ensure mortar strength.
- Storage: Keep sealed and dry after opening. Avoid moisture.
- Mixing: Mix with water only. No other additives allowed.
- Shelf Life: 12 months in a cool, dry place.
