Designed for splicing and bonding lightweight partition panels, including ALC panels, lightweight ceramsite panels, powder-polystyrene particle composites, and hollow lightweight panels.
Jointing: Use mortar to fill seams, reinforcing with mesh tape and scraping flush with the panel surface.
- Clean dust, stains, and debris from joints between panels and walls.
- Mix with water (ratio 1:0.2 – 0.22) in a suitable container until a uniform, consistent paste forms.
- Apply mortar to the panel edges; mix in small batches to match installation speed.
Meets the technical requirements of the GB/T 25181-2019 “Ready-mixed Mortar” standard.
NOTE
- Environment: Apply at 5°C – 35°C; temperature and humidity affect drying time.
- Pot Life: Use within 2 hours (@25°C); never re-mix dried mortar with water.
- Joints: Avoid overly thin mortar joints to ensure structural strength.
- Storage: Keep sealed and dry after opening. Avoid moisture.
- Mixing: Mix with water only; adding other materials is strictly prohibited.
- Shelf Life: 12 months when stored properly in dry conditions.
